Dr. Vitaly Ford, on Being a New Professor at Arcadia

The newest assistant professor of Computer Science and Mathematics, Dr. Vitaly Ford, is a cybersecurity specialist from Russia. Dr. Ford is a graduate of Ural Federal University (B.S. in Information Systems and Technology) and Tennessee Tech (M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science). As he acclimates to a new university and city, he has already organized a picnic for the Computer Science and Math departments, and has been holding weekly meetings with students, mentoring them as they compete in the National Cyber League cybersecurity competition.
