Radhakrishnan Named Among Top 50 Women Leaders of Pennsylvania
Rashmi Radhakrishnan, chief information officer and vice president for Information Technology, has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Pennsylvania for 2022. Compiled by Women We Admire, the list includes representatives from a wide range of industries including banking, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and government.
As a member of the President’s Cabinet, Radhakrishnan manages IT strategies for the University’s long-term technology needs. Currently, she is leading a multi-phased Digital Transformation Strategy as part of the University’s strategic plan, Arcadia2025. Her experience includes driving mission-critical technology initiatives through building and executing the infrastructure for comprehensive technology solutions and advancing collaboration with campus leaders, executive management, and Trustees to gain the necessary buy-in.
An innovator and data geek at heart, Radhakrishnan was named a Top IT Pro in 2013 by the Philadelphia Business Journal for her work with business analytics, and she was named to the 2022 Higher Education Power 100 by City and State Pennsylvania. Radhakrishnan recently completed the Chief Data Officer program at Carnegie Mellon University. She holds a master’s degree in instructional technology from Jefferson University and an undergraduate degree in business from Meenakshi College in Chennai, India.
