What is your proudest accomplishment to date?

I got a chance to travel to Germany as a youth delegate for a global summit forum! Me and three other students represented our country as we traveled to Frankfurt, Germany to get insight on how other teens like us could come together and make an impact on the world. Students traveled from all around the world from Yokohama, Japan, Turkey, and other places to learn about struggles that the world faces on a daily basis, and how to overcome those problems. We put our brains together and came up with solutions for them. Eventually, we took our insight to the Mayor of Frankfurt, and I got a chance to interview him! My trip to Germany opened up my mind about problems students and people face globally, and made me eager to travel more!

Why did you choose Arcadia?

I chose Arcadia because of its great department in Political Science and study abroad. I made it a point to choose a college that would allow me to travel and gain insight from around the world, and Arcadia was the best option. Along with that, I chose Arcadia because of its impeccable outreach communication. I already feel like a student rather than a number and I haven’t even started classes yet.

What are you most looking forward to?

I am looking forward to pursuing my education, and just becoming more intellectual.

What do you hope to accomplish at Arcadia?

I hope to gain a good amount of independence, and to travel more!
