President Ajay Nair was featured in the Oct. 6 Chronicle of Higher Education for his dedication to diversifying higher education. Following his op-ed in The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Chronicle spotlighted the University’s recent increase in racial and gender diversity in its administration positions, as well as Dr. Nair’s philosophy that Arcadia can “serve as a model for diversifying campus leadership.”

The story noted that Dr. Nair’s dedication to diversity is linked to his commitment to student success: “It’s about having leaders who better reflect the backgrounds and points of view of the student body. It’s about ‘diversity of thought.’”
