- Spring 2025 priority registration opens October 28, 2024 through November 8, 2024 and continues until classes begin. Visiting student and community scholar registration occurs after the priority registration period.
- Summer registration opens in February.
- Special Note: Undergraduate students in 3+2, 3+3 and 3-year degree programs, Veterans and students receiving Veteran’s Education Benefits, students currently studying abroad, as well as students in the Honors Program, may register as early as the first Priority Registration day. Athletes are able to register earlier, within the first 5 days of priority registration based on a 32 credits acceleration on top of their earned credits. They should check their email for their specific date.

Full or Part-time Degree Seeking Undergraduate Students
If you have been formally accepted to Arcadia and have deposited, our Professional Advising staff will register you for courses. They have worked carefully with faculty to shape schedules that will set you up for success. If you have any questions please email studentsuccess@arcadia.edu
If you have been formally accepted to Arcadia as a transfer student, you may register for courses via Self Service. We recommend you connect with your academic advisor to shape your schedule for success. Contact information for your academic advisor can be found in Self Service.

Visiting, Non-Degree Seeking Undergraduate Students
If you are new to Arcadia and wish to take undergraduate courses as a visiting, non-matriculated student, please fill out our Visiting Undergraduate Registration inquiry form. We will be in touch about the process. Study abroad courses are being managed by The College of Global Studies and students should contact tcgsregistrar@arcadia.edu with questions.

The registration method for all students is online through Self-Service. Students unable to access Self-Service should email registrar@arcadia.edu and provide a brief explanation of the nature of the difficulty.
Self-Service Online Registration Instructions
Graduate students and all current undergraduate students will use Self-Service for to register. See undergraduate and graduate registration instructions for more details.
Please note: Registration for students eligible to use Self-Service begins at the start of Priority Registration and continues until about a week before classes begin. Students assume all responsibility pertaining to course registration and degree completion. Students who have not completed required prerequisite courses may be dropped from the class at any time by the instructor, Department Chair, or administrator. Student accounts that become more than 30 days past due will be charged a $50 late fee. Tuition refunds are calculated in accordance with university policy in the appropriate catalog and online.
