Getting Out of Your Own Way: Candace Yaeger ’07
TEDx Speaker to share her expertise through LifeLong Learning Series for the Arcadia community.
Candace Yaeger, MBA, MA, graduated with her undergraduate degree from Arcadia in 2007. As an entrepreneur, executive coach and founder of Candace Yaeger Coaching, her career consists of helping professionals and entrepreneurs unlock their fullest potential – to achieve greater productivity, profitability and personal fulfillment. She combines her expertise in human behavior, and her acute understanding of the relationship between thinking, behavior, and habits with one’s personal and professional performance. Her business acumen helps others elevate themselves and achieve sustainable success.
She is an active member of the Junior League of Sarasota, co-founder of Startup Bucks, a 501(c)(3), and a TEDx Speaker. Yaeger was named One of Bucks County’s Best – Career Services (issued by Happening List in 2021), One of the Women to Know in Florida (issued by The Know Women, Sep. 2023), and featured in Arcadia University’s 2020 list 40 Under 40, which is awarded to the most promising, accomplished, entrepreneurial, creative, and inspiring alumni.
We are excited to have Candace lead our first LifeLong Learning series. On January 31, starting at 7p.m. EST, she will educate and motivate the audience on how to “get unstuck, before you come unglued!”
The LifeLong Learning series are meant to strengthen the hard and soft skills of our valuable alumni. The goal is to uplift those alums who possess unique talents and experiences that will support the Arcadia community’s professional development. In doing so, we hope to highlight impressive leaders, like Yaeger, and allow a space for growth and collaboration.
